How can I RSVP?
Just fill in this handy form and let us know if you’re able to come or not. If we could get all RSVPs by the end of the year that would be great – and gives you plenty of time to plan your trip too!
What time will it start?
The ceremony will start promptly at 6pm, if you could aim to arrive between 5 and 5.30pm that would be perfect.
What time will it end?
The venue closes at 11pm so we’ll be all done by then. Disney Springs 5 minutes away should still be open for any afterparties!
What’s the address of the venue?
13245 Lake Bryan Drive, Orlando, FL, 32821 – super central and easy to get to. The ceremony and reception are at the same location too!
Is there parking available on site?
Yes – plenty, and it’s free. You can leave your rental car there overnight and pick up the next morning between 10am and 11am.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Assuming the weather stays dry, a bit of both! The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be in a covered area (with plenty of outside space too).
Is there a dress code?
Wear whatever you like – feel free to dress up like you would for any wedding (we will be, of course!) but bear in mind it’ll be hot. We want you to be comfortable and most importantly, able to dance!
What will the weather be like?
Hot and dry, we’re hoping. In May, Florida stays warm (high 20’s / low 30’s) well into the night but as the venue is on the lake, there should be a nice breeze. The reception area has fans, and if there’s a heatwave we’ll rent air-con units. Wear your sunscreen!
Do we need to bring cash for the bar?
No – we’ve arranged that all beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks are included… enjoy!
Can I post photos on social media?
Absolutely! We just ask that you avoid taking photos during the ceremony (the photographers have it covered!) – but cocktail hour and the reception are fair game and we can’t wait to see the evening through your eyes.
We’d like to give you a present – what would you like?
Using your hard-earned money to fly across the Atlantic to celebrate with us is already far more than we’d ever expect anyone to spend. We’re extremely grateful for that and do not expect gifts from anyone.
What’s happening the next day?
We’d like to go to Magic Kingdom – anyone who is up for it, please feel free to tag along!
Will Charlie be dancing?
We’re all hopeful that if he drinks enough Piña Coladas, we’ll get to see all of his best moves.
Will the father of the bride be dancing?
He says not to get our hopes up. The aim of the night is to change his mind.
